Our quality control services are as follows...

Factory Audit
We recommend that our customers have a Factory Audit before having an inspection service. A factory audit enables our customers to recognize the capabilities of their supplier before placing an order for production. We will evaluate production capability, man power, skills of workers, environment, machinery and equipment and other assessments which could provide you with a clear picture of your anticipated manufacturer. After the audit, you will have a clear picture of the situation and will be able to determine if you want to move forward with the factory.

Pre-production Inspection
Before production, we will visit the factory to make sure that it is up to par and can produce the requested products to your standards. Our inspectors will inspect by random sampling the raw materials and components to be used in production. We will photograph the factory and highlight all relevant problems and provide solutions for all corrections.

During Production Check
When production is 20 % complete, our inspectors will return to the factory and examine the quality of the products and check for any defects. They will verify that the manufactured goods not only it fits the standards and the specifications of our customers but of an international level. Our inspectors will ensure all relevant problems will be corrected at this stage.

Final Random Inspection
When all the merchandise is completed, packed and ready to ship, our inspectors will select cartons according to the international random sampling method - MIL-STD -105E for the final random inspection. Our inspectors will ensure all products are conformed to the international quality standards and are the same standard and requirements specified by our customers. This inspection service can include various visual inspections specified by our customers. We verify quantity, color, size, function, workmanship and packing details to ensure that the terms of the contract are met.

Loading Supervision
Our inspectors will ensure that the container meets all the requirements necessary to carry the goods to its final destination, like cleanliness, dryness and any other problems that may arise. We will measure the size and check to make sure your goods are installed in the right container. From the time of loading, we will record the number of cartons being installed in the container one by one, to ensure all goods are loaded into the container. All packing and handling of goods will be monitored in the loading supervision procedure. The seal number of the container will be recorded in this process as well.
